A face can tell a thousand stories, some happy, others sad. But no one would want to see the story of his life written in wrinkles.

1. As we get older, the surface layer of the skin becomes thinner.

The one who follows it loses collagen - a structural element of the epidermis - and elastin, fibers that give the epidermis its elasticity. Much deeper, adipocytes or cells that store lipids lose their volume. Result? The skin collapses and wrinkles. You can make the sun partly responsible for these effects: ultraviolet rays damage the skin and produce unstable molecules called free radicals that have the sad effect of degrading collagen; smoking and air pollution have similar consequences.

The body uses its own antioxidants to neutralize free radicals. But by increasing your supply of antioxidants, with foods that are as sweet and delicious as berries, you're protecting yourself as the damage begins to override your body's natural defenses.

2. Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries

Despite their small size, berries contain more antioxidants than any other fruit or vegetable analyzed from this angle. After them, come the apples with their peel. All of these fruits work effectively to protect the skin from damage that gives rise to wrinkles. Citrus fruits are also rich in antioxidants.

Aim for a cup of berries a day. Present them in fruit shakes, add them to your morning cereal or put in pancake or muffin dough.

3. Vegetables and legumes

Cook them with fish and olive oil and provide your skin with the foods that keep it young. When Australian researchers compared the diets and wrinkles of hundreds of people in Australia, Greece and Sweden, they found that those who ate the most vegetables, legumes, fish and olive oil had the least wrinkles. They then suspected that it was a combination of monounsaturated fats, antioxidants and lean proteins that produced this miracle.

Optimal Dose: Five or six servings of half a cup each of varied vegetables a day. In addition, scatter legumes on salads, enjoy legume-based soups, and set a legume-based dish, such as chili, once a week.

4 . Nuts, fish and chicken without skin

Proteins help repair cells damaged by free radicals. Digestion breaks them down into amino acids, the structural elements of cells. However, a good reserve of amino acids helps to accelerate the repair and regeneration of cells and collagen of the skin.

Optimal Dose: Lean protein at every meal.

Olive oil is rich in oleic acid, one of the fatty acids that keep cell membranes and skin supple. In addition, olive oil contains small amounts of other essential fatty acids that fight inflammation. Finally it contains vitamin E and polyphenols: they are antioxidants that protect the skin from the damage caused by free radicals.

Optimal Dose: Use olive oil in most dishes that have oil.

5 . Garlic

This strong-smelling, tangy condiment leaves a skin-friendly polyphenol mine on your plate.

Best Dose: Have a garlic press at your fingertips and put fresh crushed garlic in as many dishes as you can.

6. Green tea

Thanks to the many polyphenols it contains, green tea is at the top of the list of drinks that are good for the skin.

Optimal dose: Four cups a day. If you are vulnerable to caffeine, drink the last cup before 3 pm

7.  Salmon and other omega-3s

You probably know all the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids for your heart; gold, a nice piece of grilled salmon also works wonders for the skin. Omega-3s have the wonderful advantage of keeping cell membranes flexible.

Optimal Dose: At least 2 servings of 125 grams (4 ounces) of a fatty fish per week.

If your activities or the outside temperature make you sweat profusely, you should drink more.

However, you should be careful not to brush your teeth just after eating. Why ? Because you can damage the enamel. It is better to wait a few minutes.

5 habits to cure urinary incontinence

Diet and exercise can help treat urinary incontinence. Although it is necessary to follow a treatment, these few simple habits can improve the patient's condition.

Urinary incontinence refers to an involuntary loss of urine. This loss can be slight, when urine leaks are less, or serious, when the bladder empties completely.

Urinary incontinence is not a disease in itself: it is rather a symptom. There are many causes that can cause urinary incontinence.

Urine leakage can be sudden and can occur when the patient coughs, sneezes, or stresses. Some patients develop a severe form of this symptom and do not even have time to reach the toilet as the urge is urgent.

Although the treatment varies depending on the underlying cause of this symptom, some basic measures can help us control it. All patients can practice the following simple habits to treat urinary incontinence. There are five of them.

1. Change your eating habits

One of the keys to treating urinary incontinence is improving your diet.

Many of us ignore the fact that eating certain foods such as pungent or sweet foods increases the urge to urinate. Many irritating foods can therefore have a negative influence on this condition.

In case of urinary incontinence, it is essential to reduce or even eliminate the pungent, acidic and very sweet foods of its diet. It is also best to avoid coffee and any source of caffeine.

2. Re-educate your bladder

Bladder rehabilitation includes simple techniques to strengthen the muscles required for urination. The goal is to establish fixed hours to empty the bladder.

The first step is therefore to program aisles at the toilets at fixed times. The ideal is to retain the urge to urinate as much as possible, until the body gets used to emptying the urine at fixed times.

Of course, it is essential to take it gradually: every hour, then every two hours, up to four-hour intervals without leaks.

There is another simple technique that can enhance the ability to retain urine. This technique involves slightly delaying urination when a strong urge to urinate is felt. At first, one must remember his urge to urinate for five minutes, then for ten minutes ... To better control of the bladder.

3. Do exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor

Exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor are an excellent measure to treat urinary incontinence. The practice of these exercises is generally the first treatment proposed when urinary leakage is mild.

The best-known exercises are Kegel exercises . You can practice them every day from the comfort of your home.

What you need to do

  • First, contract and relax the pelvic floor muscles for five to ten seconds. Then, rest for the same duration. The pelvic floor muscles are the ones you use to stop the flow of urine in the middle of urination. If you are not sure how to do this, try to stop the flow of urine while in the bathroom.
  • Other exercises such as the bridge or the elevation of the pelvis can be of great help. However, it is necessary to make sure to contract the good muscles.

4. Avoid smoking

The consumption of tobacco may affect nerve function of the bladder. Due to the high levels of toxic components of tobacco, smoking can weaken the pelvic floor muscles.

In particular, the effect of nicotine can cause excessive contractions of the bladder, which will result in a sudden urge to urinate .

In addition, it should be kept in mind that smoking can lead to a chronic cough problem, which promotes leakage of urine. When we cough, the abdominal pressure on the pelvic floor increases, which produces a descent of the bladder and urethra.

5. Give up alcohol

Alcoholic drinks have a negative effect on urination: they weaken the walls of the urinary system. The excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages is therefore closely linked to the weakening of the walls of the bladder, urethra and kidneys.

Alcohol overstimulates the bladder and decreases the ability to retain urine. Moreover, being desiccant, alcohol increases the risk of urinary infections .

Therefore, when it comes to treating urinary incontinence, the ideal is to give up alcohol and increase its water intake.

We wish to stress here the importance of consulting a doctor in case of urinary incontinence. The sooner you will get a diagnosis and treatment, the more favorable the prognosis will be.

How to naturally lighten your skin if sunbathing

Do you have sunburns and want to brighten your skin? There are some natural remedies that will help you achieve this. Here's how to prepare them at home.

How many times have you had sunburn? Even if you thought that it would allow you to have a nice tan quickly, in reality,  the skin ends up presenting some darker areas than others. This results in stains rather than a unified complexion.

Often, this is inevitable. What can you do in case of sunburn? In this article, you will discover some natural remedies that will help you clear your skin.

Lighten your skin in case of sunburn

We like to emphasize the importance of applying a good sunscreen adapted to your skin type. In fact, it will help prevent new sunburns  and will also accelerate thinning of the skin.

Exfoliate the skin with sugar and honey

Exfoliating the skin is one of the best ways to clear it up. However, for this to be effective,  it is necessary to perform this action every day or alternately. The best way to do this is to do it with 2 very simple ingredients to find: sugar and honey.

  • The use of honey is essential because, as explained in the article The benefits of honey ,  it is an ingredient that moisturizes, tones and calms the skin
  • The sugar (white or brown) will be the key so that the paste that is formed  can exfoliate the skin. If the result is too compact, you can add a little water

A tonic prepared with lemon

Lemon has always been an ingredient used to lighten skin imperfections. However,  it is very important not to expose yourself to the sun after applying the tonic. Indeed, it could make more spots appear.

The best time to use a tonic with lemon juice is therefore at night . Just squeeze the juice of a lemon and mix it with a little water. But, there are also masks that can be very effective.

Moisturize with aloe vera

If you exfoliate your skin with sugar and honey, after having toned it with lemon, you still have to moisturize it. Indeed,  for the skin to regenerate properly, it is important to hydrate it as well as possible. For this you have aloe vera.

Aloe vera is a plant that we should all have at home. In case of burns, cut one of its stems, open halfway and apply the gel directly to the affected skin. This will bring immediate relief.

After the daily exfoliation, apply the gel of this plant will allow you to thin the skin  quickly. Therefore,  it is necessary to be constant and let aloe vera act all the night  (during the day, that can result rather sticky).

Prevention to avoid lightening your skin after sunburn

Despite all these solutions,  we would like to stress once again the importance of not exposing ourselves to the sun in an abusive way. Sometimes it is not enough to just put on a sunscreen, you have to answer also some questions such as: must we renew the application throughout the day? Do we have to use a  protection  factor adapted to our skin?

We must not forget the other elements that protect us from the sun. For example, the glasses, the hat, a cotton shawl to cover the shoulders ... In short, supplements that will prevent you from sunburn.

Sunburned skin not only causes unwanted spots, it  also makes us more vulnerable to skin cancer . That's why protecting yourself is essential. Since we have enough options around us, why not use them?

Never go outside without sun protection. At the beach or pool, use a beach umbrella and do not forget your sunglasses . Prevention is the best remedy.

Cabbage Juice for Ulcers and Gastritis

You definitely need to try cabbage juice for ulcers, gastritis, and H Pylori.

It is a powerhouse of vitamins, minerals, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Cabbage does not have a strong flavor so it is easy to put on any other food.

I have had some issues in my life.

Cabbage juice has a long history of helping digestive issues, particularly ulcers and inflammation.

It is loaded with vitamin K, vitamin C, folate, manganese, vitamin b6, and calcium.

Did I mention that it's one of the cheapest vegetables you can buy?

If you have digestive issues, it is a good way to reduce gastric issues.

Cabbage Juice for Ulcers and Gastritis

I had had a problem with it, but I thought I would have it. Well, it did not.

My symptoms were the following:

  • Stomach bread (morning was the worst)
  • Burning stomach
  • Weakness in the morning
  • Nausea when I tried to eat
  • Burping
  • Tired
  • Anemia
  • No appetite
  • Classic gastritis and ulcer symptoms I knew I needed to address.

I would have cut out the harmful foods that would irritate my stomach and start eating Paleo Autoimmune which cuts out anything that would cause inflammation.

Each morning instead of having coffee, I started juicing some fresh cabbage with a juicer.

The quality of juicer is important so you do not waste as much vegetable.

I just waited for the cup of fresh cabbage juice

Within 2 days my stomach stopped burning and the morning bread was gone. My appetite is slowly coming back and I'm ready for lunch.

This study shows how quickly cabbage juice can be repaired stomach ulcers and gastritis, patients drank cabbage juice daily and most of the patients treated with antibiotics and pump inhibitors.

I'm a full believer in the power of cabbage juice.

To be honest I did not mind the taste of Himalayan salt it was quite good. I do not enjoy cabbage in general though.

(This article contains additional information that you may need)

Benefits of Cabbage

Cabbage contains polyphenols which are strong antioxidants that help remove radicals from the body.

Lowering free radicals helps to reduce diseases such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Cabbage also contains silicon and sulfur which helps to get nutrients to the cells and remove waste.

It has a benefit of clearing skin conditions and acne.

You will need a juicer

You can still get a lot of things in your stomach. I just wanted the juice for my stomach while it healed.

We used the Breville Juicer and it is a powerhouse to get the juice out of the cabbage.

My kids love throwing the apples in the juicer after I use it for cabbage.

I find this really easy to get rid of, I can get it cleaned in 30 seconds after I make my juice.

I've had other things in my life that have been a break for me.

If you have used cabbage juice for ulcers and gastritis with success,

Our 8 tips to grow hair faster

Grow your hair faster, you dream, but is it really possible? We admit that it is difficult to obtain a spectacular growth of the hair. However, we can achieve visible results by taking care of her hair, adopting a healthy diet and thanks to grandmother's advice and solutions! Do you want to know them? Follow this guide!

Take care of your hair to stimulate the photo shoot

Know in advance that the "long" appearance of the hair is inseparable from their thick, smooth and shiny appearance. But how to grow the mane faster when it is constantly weakened by our daily lives, the weather, an unbalanced diet, the products we use for our hair routines and pollution? To promote good hair growth, you must first treat them properly and regardless of the type of hair we have (dry hair, long hair with fat roots, curly hair, normal hair ...)). Here are some tips for pampering them:

1. good diet

First, adopt a balanced diet. Some foods are recommended to increase hair growth. Choose fatty fish or tuna. Also consider vegetable oils, nuts but also cereals.

2. Good care

Choose a shampoo adapted to the nature of your hair (damaged hair, oily hair, colored hair, etc.) and replace it with a mild shampoo.

To keep your hair longer and pass through the box of the hairdresser, do not skip special dry care tips once a week, because beautiful long hair should be treated lengthwise! On our side, we rely on the new Dream Long Spear cream proposed by Elsève. A treatment without rinsing that promises to close our forks from the first application, and thus avoid cutting our last 3 cm of hair. Dream Long is a new ally of the broken mane. because in addition to strengthening, this cream offers a perfect release, a real flexibility, and the formula is a thermal protector, to protect your hair from the heat of straighteners and hair dryers. We could not dream better!

Be careful with the shampoo that speeds up the shot
When looking for long hair, beware of the "miraculous" promises of several shampoos that offer you to take five inches in three weeks. Because which components are used for such results? These shampoos, lotions and other magical textures usually have a drying and devout effect. The result: damaged hair and not necessarily long.

3. Food supplements

Foods beneficial to the health of the hair are the same as those that are good for our nails because it is about strengthening the keratin that forms the hair and nails.
Since keratin is a protein, do not skip protein intake every day (with the exception of a balanced diet).
Check out our article on protein foods and where to find protein when you're not eating meat.
In addition, iron plays a major role in the strength of our hair. And we found a lot in red meat, organ meats, dark chocolate and turmeric (see other iron-rich foods here).
Silica, zinc, antioxidants are the allies of the beautiful manes.

Think about nutritional supplements. The ideal way to heal your hair is to treat it for three months at each change of season. Use calcium, iron, magnesium and mineral salts that nourish the hair fibers.
Seek medical advice before starting healing.

4. massage

In addition to hair routines adapted to your hair type (long hair with greasy roots, dry hair, damaged hair ...) and protein-rich foods, to optimize hair growth, there are also tips for "massage" of the head". Massage your head gently to stimulate blood circulation and therefore oxygenation of the scalp: new hair will arrive faster!

5. The right brush

Swap your classic brush with a brush of natural fibers, preferably wild boar, which will not damage your hair short, long or curly. Also avoid dryers too close to the head!

Note: the hair grows about 1 centimeter a month.

6. The full moon

This is the best-known grandmother's remedy to promote the growth of long or medium-length hair (even short if you have a little bit of length). Cut them on full moon days, they will grow twice faster then! The Bogdanov brothers have not confirmed these facts, but it does not cost you anything to try ...!

7. Brewer's yeast

Beer yeast is rich in amino acids, mineral salts and vitamins. It helps to give strength to the hair.
Natural and non-harmful, it is consumed as a cure, and facilitates the growth of hair and nails. You can get it in pharmacy in the form of tablets or in the form of flakes to sprinkle on your plate in supermarkets.

To know
The hair has a limited life. They constantly renew themselves throughout our existence like the hairs! We can thus count between 20 and 30 cycles over a lifetime.

8. Essential oils

Argan, rosemary, coconut, sweet almond, grapeseed, olive, wheat germ, castor ... They allow to deeply nourish the hair fiber. Mix 5 to 7 drops of essential oils with mild shampoo to strengthen the hair and stimulate their growth. The recommended minimum break time is 30 minutes.

10 different ways to fix free skin after weight loss

Having loose skin after losing a lot of weight is really frustrating. Believe me, I know. A few years ago, I lost 100 pounds through portion control and. I worked tirelessly for endless months to get my body fit. However, once I reached my weight goal, I was still dissatisfied with my physical appearance - my skin was sagging.

Some friends told me not to worry - health is more important than appearance. That's true, but I would be lying if I said that the appearance was not an important motivator for me. I was excited to pull out the swimsuit and the sleeveless tops, but I felt too embarrassed by my loose skin.

Loose skin can cause other problems, such as rashes, infection, and back pain. () Fortunately, I found some methods that helped and now my skin has improved a lot. Read on for 10 ways to tighten loose skin after weight loss.

Why do we have loose skin after losing weight?

Your skin is a living organ that adapts to your needs over time. As your body grows, your skin develops more cells to cover the larger surface. Although your skin has elastic properties, the reverse process is unfortunately not so simple.

There are many reasons why your skin stays loose when your body has become smaller. Age, genetics, smoking and dehydration can reduce the elasticity of your skin. If you were fatter for a long time, it is harder for your skin to retract. In addition, if you lose weight very quickly, your skin does not have time to react - leaving skin feeling looser. ()

10 different ways to fix free skin after weight loss

1. build muscle

It makes sense that building muscle can reduce loose skin. The space previously occupied by unhealthy fats can be filled to some extent by muscles. Raising weights is an essential element to improve the appearance of the skin - the potential results exceed most of the others on this list.

In addition, in some cases, your sagging areas may not be purely skin. If your body fat is greater than 10% in men or 20% in women, it is most likely a stubborn fat pocket. Your skin can not shrink if this fat clings, and the muscle is also a great way to reduce your body fat. ()

2. stay hydrated

If your skin is dry, you will know that it is fragile and fragile, that is to say it is not very elastic. As a result, adding as much moisture as possible to your skin will help it rebound after losing weight. The easiest way to do this is to drink a lot of water. Bring a bottle each time you go out and drink at least one drink before each meal. The water will circulate throughout your body and will hydrate from head to toe.

3. eat a high protein diet

Collagen and elastin are two important components to keep the skin soft and elastic. These are the two types of proteins. You can help your body build more by eating high-protein foods. Examples of high protein foods: meat, legumes, nuts and cottage cheese. Find something you like so you can eat regularly. ()

4. Stop smoking

Smoking is always a bad idea, but if you need another reason to stop smoking, here's one: it's awful for your skin. A study by the International Association of Ecologic Dermatology found that smoking in participants aged about nine years. Fortunately, it improved in less than a year after quitting. ()

5. Try the supplements

The diet is important, but it is best to take some nutrients in supplement form. Two supplements that can help tighten loose skin are gelatin supplements. Fish oil can improve the elasticity of the skin in just 3 months. A Stanford University study also found that taking 250 mg of gelatin a day increased elasticity. ()

6. Massage with creams or oils

Unfortunately, most expensive creams sold to tighten loose skin are snake oil. They may contain great ingredients in theory, but in practice they are almost useless for your skin in this form because they can not be incorporated simply by applying them to the surface.

The advantage is that simple and inexpensive moisturizing creams and oils can be very effective. They work in the same way as point # 2: provide moisture directly. Not only that, but scrubbing or massaging them on your skin increases blood circulation and recovery in the area. ()

7. Do not tan

This one is particularly relevant if you live in a hot and sunny climate (I'm watching you, Australians!). Tanning is never healthy, but it can be particularly troublesome when you try to firm up your skin. Sun exposure ages and dries your skin, reducing its elasticity. ()

8. Be careful with shower products

As your skin regenerates, you will need to treat it with extra care. It means looking at the labels on your soaps, body products and bath products. Try to use all-natural products - avoid sulphates because they drain moisture from your skin in the long run. ()

9. surgery

Surgery is not for everyone but it is certainly a valid and effective option, so I have to include it in this list. Even with all your efforts, your skin will probably never be as tense as before weight gain. Most of us can live with this, but in severe cases, surgery is the best way to solve the problem.

Unfortunately, a complete facelift can cost $ 30,000 and surgery involves inherent risks such as infection and complications - so it's a serious decision. Talk to your doctor if you plan to use this option for loose skin. ()

10. live with

As I mentioned, I improved my skin a lot with the techniques above. The small amount that remains, I wear with pride. It is a testimony of my accomplishment and a reminder to never return to my old unhealthy habits.

It can be difficult to trust the defects of your body, but no one is perfect. In the end, the health benefits you gained by losing weight far outweigh this one negative point. Try to focus on the bright side of things.

Conclusion

I hope this list of 10 ways to tighten loose skin after weight loss has been helpful. Patience is essential in this process - but if you have managed to lose a lot of weight, you already know it. I would like to know how you are doing with these techniques or if you have other ideas, share them in the comments.

How I chase my natural acne: routine care and advice

Acne is an ugly subject. What works on some will not work on others. I had written a first article on my acne routine in order to get feedback on good practices to adopt. So thanks! Thanks to your answers, my researches and tests, the state of my skin has changed significantly!

At the same time, I have been watching my lifestyle as a whole to try to link the effects to causes. I am convinced that it is by understanding the causes that I will be able to get rid of acne in the long run. I wanted to use natural products, to respect my zero waste approach. These are the natural products, raw, which made the difference for my skin. Here are my good actions against acne.

Morning routine

  • I wake up my face with two or three sprays of lavender floral water, known to cleanse and wipe with a washable cotton.
  • or, I wash my face with organic Aleppo soap that contains a good amount of laurel oil, with the help of a konjac sponge. I wipe my face on a clean towel.
  • I do a week-long cure by drinking the juice of a fresh lemon with warm water.
  • I use the skin of the squeezed lemon that I put on to be able to rub the flesh on the skin of my face. This peel with lemon juice tightens the pores of the skin. I found this idea on the site Beauty Pure, by enrolling me in the program super light and super interesting "to a skin without acne in 7 steps". I highly recommend it, I have drawn other tips easy to implement.
  • As a moisturizer or nourishing natural face, I mix organic aloe vera gel with either jojoba oil, or nigella oil, or both. Add aloe vera to my routine had a smoothing effect and especially I can not see any button since! Both vegetable oils are recommended for acne skin. That of jojoba reproduces the hydrolipidic film of the skin, which creates a lure for the sebaceous glands which will thus reduce their production of sebum; the second has an anti-inflammatory and purifying effect that prevents the appearance of pimples.

Evening routine

  • For at least a month, I made a daily mask honey-turmeric-cinnamon (all explanations in this article) that comes to calm the redness, stop the progression of pimples and purify my skin. This mask is the must of this list, it is thanks to him that everything has rocked!
  • I wash my face with organic Aleppo soap,
  • I cleanse the skin by gently rubbing a washable cotton soaked in cider vinegar,
  • Same mix as I do in the morning: one or two pumps of aloe vera gel with a dab of vegetable oil.

Weekly Routine:

  • Once a week, I make a mask with green clay. I prepare it "minute" by mixing 3 tablespoons of powdered clay with 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar (if you are not used to it, it can sting) or floral water. I let sit 10 to 15 minutes taking care not to let the clay dry on my face. Rinse with water using a washcloth to remove the mask.
  • I gently rub my face with a little coffee grounds (to do in his shower because it puts it everywhere!) To unclog the pores of my skin. It's healthier than using an exfoliant that contains plastic beads and a lot more economical when you drink coffee.

The causes of my acne, from my observations:

❯ Stopping the pill

I think that was the trigger. Because the pill, do not forget, regulates our hormones and the male hormone (that we all produce) "androgen" can precisely affect the production of sebum and not affect the amount of pimples. All this is very well explained on the Beauty-Pure website but the link is only available on a free subscription to the 7-day program mentioned above.

❯ A slow detox

I think I have never had a bad meal because I have never had a processed diet. In recent years, I eat almost everything organic, lots of vegetables, legumes, little meat and cheeses. I have reduced sugar (which I eat in fruits and desserts only) and eradicated white sugar from home. All this put together helps my body to better get rid of toxins, and I suspect my liver and the rest of the "detoxifier" system need a boost to speed up the movement that causes some of the pimples.

❯ Sweating too low

* G L A M * Who would have thought that I could one day complain of little perspiration? Except when I play sports, I am not subject to halo under my arms or to my hands. I thought it was pretty cool until I understood the connection with my acne.

The skin is our most important (in terms of size) eliminator of the waste of the body, which waste leaves in the form of perspiration. Who says low sweating says low rejection of these toxins. Who are going out by where? Not the skin of the face that is covered with acne, let's see!

Ways to cure my acne in the long run:

❯ More sports !

Apart from any care, mask or cream, I started running again in September 2015 and every time I came back from this sweat session, I saw my skin healthier. Playing sports helps to reduce stress (an acne factor), regulates appetite (we eat less sugar, which is also bad when we have skin problems) and releases toxins from the body. Good points!

❯ I hydrate myself without being thirsty

How many times have I read and heard that you have to drink a lot? At home, I drink at least half a liter of tea in the morning and I sip all day infusions. To continue to drink a lot when I'm outside or at work, I always have with me a gourd or a thermos that I always fill. A good hydration of the body helps the skin to stay hydrated and young!

❯ I limit dairy products

They have a very bad reputation with people who have acne. But it was without thinking that it could have an impact on my skin that I stopped eating animal milk yogurts five years ago. I just soya yogurts here and there. Especially since a link between soy consumption and hormonal disorders is subject to questions ... I have never drunk cow's milk (I do not like it at all!), But I buy three or four times by year to make a homemade flan or pancakes ... Nothing very frightening. I do not eat more butter than milk (by taste), only the cheese really remains but I favor cheeses of goat and sheep, especially Roquefort ❤.

❯ I help my body in its detox

I know that the term "detox" is controversial but there is indeed a system "purification", I want to say, waste produced by the body or that pass through it (via our food or pollution that we breathe ...). Once I realized this, I realized that I had never helped my liver, my kidneys, my intestines and my friends to expiate all these junk as quickly as possible.

Years of stagnation that are not good! To spin a boost to my body, I tried the monodiète a day-very easy to do-that really limits the integration of toxins, which helps the body to sweep the old outdoors. I drink a detox tea every morning, after drinking the juice of half a lemon diluted in lukewarm water. And always in an effort to limit toxins, I try to do more sports than once a week (cycling trips, walking, short midweek workout) and I also limit my gourmet deviations sweet.

⇒ Water kefir is a natural drink made at home to fill up with probiotics. Since I started to drink it, my acne has significantly reduced to disappear. I realized for you a practical sheet to know everything about kefir and get started easily. Download it by clicking on the picture:

❯ Many vegetables and little sugar
The fibers are our friends, they satiate and limit the peaks of sugar in the blood. I spent a month and a half, in 2015, without eating fast sugars. Even having an unprocessed diet, I've seen a hell of a difference by

Zó Laat I Haar Sneller Groeien

I haar net even wat sneller laten groeien dan de natuur bedoeld heeft? Wij hebben de stuff voor me.
